Because dont send tracking number of the check.

Couldn't believe that each box was only $15. The minimum was listed as $21 and other vendors are twice+ that amount. I cashed the check and gave it to charity. The amount was disappointing. I also did not receive the $10 from the reward coupon.

The test strips I sent in should have paid me $21 per box and I double checked on the flyer that came in the packaging. Y’all only paid me $15 per box and I sent in 4 brand new not even close to expiring boxes.

The service is ok it’s your ads that are a bit deceptive

The cost of a box of test strips is significantly higher than your company pays for them. Even while maintaining a profit your company pays so little it's ridiculous! Capitalism on steroids!!!

Could offer higher amounts for lancets. $1 is not enough
