Money is real

I am very pleased with the services of a assist diabetic. Checks are always prompt and on time. My only complaint is that I get too many pre-recorded phone calls from you apologizing for a phone call in error. Especially when I have not received a prior call so where is the phone call in error!?! I also seem to receive the same text messages when it is very clear I have neither text or called you. I find this to be very annoying. Please correct this annoying situation and I will gladly review with 5 stars. Thank you in advance for your attention to this matter.

Everything is easy and convenient the only complaint that I would have is that they do not pay as much as most other places, they only purchase the strips and not any if the other supplies, and last there have been a few times where they didnt pay me for all of the boxes that I sent. They said that the outer package was way to damaged, this happened twice and all it was was a squished in corner or a very small and minor dent in the box. Other places will still pay for these so I didnt like that they kept the product and did not pay for it. Other than that their service is quick and easy to use!

I’ve had a great experience but i wish the box wasn’t so small , i have plenty of strips and have to keep requesting kits!
