I spoke 2 Tiffney on 5/13 about product I had & wanted 2 do your buy-back. But it wasnt on the double-sided price list I rec'd. I was informed it would B $4 a un-opened box of strips. On 6/10, check arrival, I was only getting $2 a box. Called on 6/15 2 C Y the differences. Maria explained very graciously & professionally on the 'Y' & offered me $2 each X 4 = $8 since I was told & expecting $16 4 my 1st shipment. I thanked her 4 her actions & we both parted with thankful verbal gestures. Thanks Assist Diabetics! 6/15 GK
