I called today to speak with someone about the check I just received. It was almost half the rate of what it should of been. I’ll admit I was a upset. I called and got Laura. As I struggled to explain to Laura about my issue. Im using the words struggled to explain from the background noise around Laura! I could hear other people talking to others! Making it difficult to hear numbers and addresses with all the background noise. I don’t have a hearing problem. But older people or people with hearing problems wouldn’t be able to hear and share information. This issue needs attention quickly! Laura was able to get my information and see what happened. She seen it immediately! I offered to text her pictures of what I sent. Something I learned to do from the very start of me calling and checking on this program. I was told to black out all my personal information and take pictures of what I was sending ! I’ve always done that great idea! Laura found the problem and was able to fix it. She apologized for it happening. I apologized for my tone at the beginning of the call. I knew it wasn’t Laura’s fault and she was able to correct it quickly. She was just so nice and pleasant to speak with. I wouldn’t mind talking to Laura again, not for a problem ,but as a friend! Thank you Laura! Thank you, Bethany Clark
