due to my own neglect of backing up photos i dont have evidence anymore cause phone got stolen but Assist Diabetics never paid me what i was originally due to receive...i had all none expired medical supplies and they told me most of it was all expired yet i just received it prior to sending to them...so take pics of everything u send them and back up ur pics to something anything other then just ur phone

Took too long to receive my check also you do not go be as much money as the other people

I sent in enough strips to get well over $100 and my check was for $70. Nothing was expired or damaged. Very disappointing.
