I was notified, via text, that a check had been sent out and had not been cashed yet and was asked to please call customer service. I called in and spoke with Alexa after explaining my situation, She reviewed my record and confirmed that a check was sent but had not been cashed. I informed her that for whatever reason I did not receive the check. She said they would void the old check and send a new one immediately. Had they not notified me, I more than likely I would have never even noticed. Overall I'm very pleased with the customer service as a whole! Alexa was very polite, helpful and professional during our phone call.
