I sent 4 boxes in of ultra touch that wasn't given credit for

You originally has a set price for your strips,then you arbitrarily decided to lower them with out telling me.As if this were not enough someone on your end mistakenly( ?) stated that one box of my strips were expired,an impossibilty because my strips come with an expiration date of almost a year and a half. I brought this up to your company but never received so much as an explanation.I would give you a zero if it were possible Final Review/ no more business is to be done with your company until your organization contacts me and apologizes and has a SET price.

Sent in 6 boxes of test strips and only got paid for 5 and they docked me 4$ on each of those. When I called customer service the woman was rude af. And said one of the boxes was missing one number from the date. Which was untrue I took photos of each box and none was damaged or missing numbers. Learnt my lesson though and will use a different company from here on out.

Was not paid for some boxes of test strips that had writing on them. Boxes were not returned. Had no idea this was a problem.

They rob me. I sent in boxes and only got paid for only 2 boxes. They done this to me 3 different times. Not a good business.
