Haven't received my check

You take to long to send off the check

The second time using this rude and unprofessional company they developed a reason as to not pay if full for what they received. Their 'reason' was not listed on their guidelines for payment. They would not take a picture to send me showing the reason, nor would they return my product or my call . It's a hoax to draw you in and then treat you with no respect. I never have received full payment or my product back! Don't use this company! I'm sorry I did!

Took my money

While I appreciated a manner in which to provide extra test strips to others who may not have access to them, the constant barrage of emails telling me to rate the company resulted in a 1 star rating, and it would have been lower, if that were possible.

When there’s a scratch on the box or a dent , you don’t get paid for your strips and they don’t return them . Just a ripoff,will never waste my time sending them anymore. Also cut the price to $21

I sent in 9 boxes of test strips and was only paid for 4! They claimed that the other 5 were "damaged" and so they could not "use" them. They were all for the same shipment! And to add insult to injury for 3 of the 4 they did pay me it wws only half price because they were going to "expire" soon. This is just some big scam to pay for some of your supplies and get away with all of it. Now they keep sending me the boxes to send them more strips like I have some overabundance supply coming in.

Their check bounced!
