Maria was very helpful and made my order with no complications and very fast and accurate to my request.

Very easy to use, you don't pay to send them in. Just pack the item up, tape shut and drop off at the post office. Now just wait for a few days. They email you when they recorded your package. They you receive an email they put your check in the mail. It's that easy!!!!!!

Tiffany offered multiple suggestions to solve my packaging dilemma quickly. Entire problem was solved in less than a minute!

Fast & easy service! Worked efficiently, no complaints

Alexa was very nice and helpful.

The lady I talked to her name was Alexa she was really sweet. She was really nice really professional and she answered all my questions and I thought that was really nice

First I was pleased with the short wait time!! ALEXA your representative (a real human who spoke English (&Spanish)) was pleasant, courteous & knowledgable!! Her “script” was personal. Being of Latin descent I knew she too was Latino not by an obvious accent but by her tone. She provided me with the information I needed but also discovered I had an old contact number which was updated. Overall it was a pleasure to receive superb customer service!!

I spoke with Alexa today who was very friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. She answered my questions without hesitation. What a pleasure it was speaking with her.
