Happy with your services and timely manner

More than once we shipped some strips and they told us our boxes were damaged so the gave us less than they were worth. They could of shipped them back, but didn't even give us credit.

I loved doing business with you guys but the last two times it has taken forever for me to get the check the last time it was like 2 1/2 weeks and every time I called they said they sent it out if you can correct this then I would be willing to change from three stars to five never had any problem in the past till the last two times . In the past it’s taking me about three days to get the checks . 2 to 2 1/2 weeks is just unacceptable . I will try doing it one more time but if it’s the same results I’m going thru someone else!
