Dishonest statements

I know I sent In 200 per box and only get 60 dollars still cheating me it's whatever now I should put zero stars????ahhhh angry customer

Easy process

Asked if they could match what another company was offering. They asked for proof which was understandable. I sent them proof. They agreed to $7 a box for my test strips. A check was received. However, it was for $5 a box and not 7. I called the company. They pulled up my account. As I was explaining the situation, the lady rudely interrupted me, cut me off and said "fine, we will send you the rest of the money." I asked when will I receive it. She replied that it will go in the mail that day. I still have not received the additional check, but I do understand that the holiday of Thanksgiving can slow it down via USPS. But I can say I will not do business with this company again based on the fact of a broken agreement and the rudeness of the lady that I spoke with on the phone and having to wait for the rest of my promised money.

You sent me a brochure that said the boxes I sent you were worth $30.00 per box and then I was paid much less.

You should direct deposit the money. It is too hard to get the checks cashed.
