I really don't care for the way you guys handled business with me on every occasion that I've dealt with you. Each time you told me that I sent outdated test strips. Which wasn't true. You sent a list of strips that you accept along with the prices you give. Which was not the case. You guys cut the amount from $31 down to $21 without warning. I choose not to deal with you guys anymore.

Direct deposit would make this service better. It takes more than a week to get your money and there are people locally that pay me on the spot. Also the price I was getting when i started went down considerably by more than half and so I now stay local.

I was happy with the response I got from them when first mail in. Since then I have been getting the shipping boxes saying I requested it which I did not. Then I kept getting a call wanting me to mail in test strips since I got the box.

I send in my Strips and get a check which is Awesome. Just don't understand the pricing change

I have had good responses from Assist Diabetics in the area of receiving my check from them, always within seven days. The only problem I have with them is that they don't pay enough for strips. they only pay 5-10% of what they originally cost. If they would pay more for my strips, I would give them five stars.

Ok, but did not pay me for damaged boxes incurred doing processing.

This was great in the beginning but then the prices got too low not really worth sending in. Thank you
