I was Ripped off, Be warned, I sent in $270.00. @ $15.00 a box worth of newer test strips and was only given a check for $126.00 @ $7.00 a box, thanks for Nothing!!!

I Dealt With This Company about A Year Ago. They Were Good. Just Went Back To Them And I Must Say They Have The Rudest Disrespectful Customer Service...They Get Mad At You For Calling About Your Money Once They Get Your Product. They Are Not The Highest Paying Company...Im Going Back To Test Strip Buyers. They Pay Way More and They Let You Track Your Payment Without Getting All Mad If You Call Them. I'm Done With This Unprofessional Company With No Skills On How To Talk To A Customer...That's Why They Are Not A Leading Company To Sell To.

I don’t feel i got the right amount and getting someone on the phone is something hard

Asked for assistance with a legal matter or legal interpretation about ADA and Covid 19. I was told it would be 7 days. It is nearing 2 weeks. Even it was still being considered/reviewed and needed more time - some type of contact to that fact would be helpful. I have not heard any thing since my initial inquiry and when I was told someone would contact me within those 7 days.
