They don't pay enough for the test strips that they receive.

Would like to know why private information on the box can't be removed by customers like myself and why, if removed it's unacceptable. Private information could be use for theft identity. Assist Diabetes should allow customers like myself who in return are giving you business by selling these test strips for double the amount to other people.

I sent in good strips and you sent me back a 1.00 check.

Amount was not even half of what was paid for all of those. Thanks tho

This is the first time that I actually received the full amount of money for what I send in, too many times they find a reason not to pay me for everything. And they do not send back what they haven’t paid for!

I think all boxes should be 30 dollars that's my opinion

Customer service was rude when I called to check on my status. Rushed me and didn’t answer several questions I had.

I wish that you would support diabetics more, buy buying the lancets, and other medications that involve diabetes. I just had a major surgery and I'm no longer diabetic, but I have tons of medications and Lancets that I cant get rid of, but yet you bought my test strips.
