bad check
I deposited my check into my account then it put my account in the negative. Bad check

Diamond, I have to assume this is a misunderstanding. Your check (# 297133* ) was cashed twice. You cashed the check the first time on 10/26/2020. This check cleared our account. On 12/1/2020 the check was cashed a second time. Since the check had already been cashed the check was returned. We are going to email you both copies of the deposited checks today for your review. Judging by the copies of the checks, it looks like on 10/26 the check was deposited via mobile deposit and the second attempt to was deposited at a physical branch. *edited the reply to include the check number

I sent 8 boxes of 50 and 2 boxes of 100…
I sent 8 boxes of 50 and 2 boxes of 100 i recieved money for the 2 boxes of 100 and didnt recieve anything about the 50 the closest exp. Date wase 1/21 i called and they said our warehouse is sorting out

Payment was short
I recieved my paperwork showing me my test strips would be $30 per pack if over 2 to 7 months till expiration. A few were 2 to 7 months so they were $15. I was only given $15 for all of them. Some did not expire for over a year. So I will not be selling mine to this company again.
