Quite a problematic service
Quite a problematic service in many ways. It would be OK, but the support is just leaders of horror, after creating a ticket you can not even hope that your problem can somehow be solved. I don't recommend it.
ASPnix has been hosting websites and applications since 2003 — independentlyowned the whole time, with no acquisitions or private-equity rollups. Wespecialize in the Microsoft stack: Windows Server, IIS, the full range of .NET(Framework through the latest releases), and SQL Server 2022, with deep, current support that generic hosts can't match. We also run Linux/cPanelhosting, managed Windows and Linux VPS, reseller plans, TeamSpeak voiceservers, SSL certificates, and SmarterMail enterprise email with nativeOutlook, shared calendars, and mobile sync.Everything runs on enterprise hardware — Intel Xeon processors, Samsung SSDstorage in RAID, and a 10-gigabit network — backed by a 100% network uptimeSLA with published credit terms.Where we really stand apart is support. When you reach out, you talk to realUS-based engineers who actually run the platform — no scripts, no outsourcedfirst line, no upsell pressure — whether you're deploying a legacy ASP.NET app, tuning SQL Server, or migrating in from another host. Our pricing is flat and published: the rate you sign up at is the rate yourenew at — no teaser rates, no surprise increases. Two decades in, we're stillindependent and still answering our own tickets.

My order was flagged as fraud for whatever reason, I get it, they want to play the safe side. But after I created a ticket they just said they can't help and banned me from my service altogether. Not a good experience.

I signed up a few years ago to ASPNix, based on all the bang for your buck it bragged about. Boy, did I get banged in another way by very slow, unprofessional, rude staff offering useless support, but their system and products are barely-functional seemingly hacked together stuff running on mercy alone. The whole experience was terrible for both myself and my clients, which weren't very impressed with my decision of host for my reseller account. Steer well clear of these clowns.

Fake site doesn't provide what they say.

They are very good in several points but those don't include customer support. Christopher York is the worst customer support I've ever seen in my life. I've been using ASPnix since 2011. Maybe he helped me just once or twice since then.

I would not recommend @ASPnix, they basically rob you. I purchased software which wouldn't wouldn't work. Poor customer support. No refunds.

The prices and packages are awesome! however this all you get. The support and the downtime is far away from good.. Just do not use Aspnix thats my future advise!

You can never use online chat except with sales department, when server/your site is down they don't respond to your ticket and after it comes back live you get a reply service is up and there was no problem. And a lot of more bad experiences with them. After 4 years Im moving to new provider. The prices might be cheap but so is the company service
