I was asked to pay $1,500 for republishing and $2,400 for insurance so that my book, "The Laws of Relationship," can be republished and marketed throughout the US. Unfortunately, they were all lies. I had to borrow the $2,400 and I told the person in contact with me, Joe Chavez, who claimed to be my literary agent. I still remember the pains of the repayment. They are extremely wicked people. This I recall today and wish to warn anyone who intending to engage their services to resist the terrible temptation of doing so.

Ali, Zaid and the Aspire Book Publishers are so impressive and professional to work with. Their meticulous editing, book cover designs, formatting and professional conduct are unbeatable. They have published my third book and they surpass all the other large and small publishers out there, including majors like Random House, Scholastic and Simon and Schuster. If you haven’t tried Aspire yet, you need to. You can’t go wrong with them.

My experience was pretty good
My experience was pretty good. I had 2 Publishers working with me. They had patience with me and my lack of knowledge on the computer. They were both polite and helped with a sense of humor. I didn't like giving out personal information but it all turned out okay.

Just to clarify, some authors prefer to use a pseudonym to maintain their privacy, while others are comfortable publishing under their real names. Both options are completely valid.
However, in order to publish your book, most platforms require that the author profile is fully verified and legitimate. This is simply a standard procedure to ensure that your identity can be confirmed if needed in the future.
Rest assured, this process is in place to protect your rights. You will retain 100% ownership and receive 100% of your royalties.

Very disappointing with this company
Very disappointing with this company! I would not recommend. You first talk to one senior consultant and then you get assigned to another one. Then sure enough multiple people call you and then everything gets construed and mixed up and confused. Then they really ticked off my illustrator, as they demanded the file numerous times. Then they sent me the book with the script over the book, so all my texts words were all on the pages and you couldn't read them in black and then white ink. Then they just deformed and distorted my illustrators images and then they finally got it right. They're making me go get my copyright certificate and they wanted in my KDP credential account and I refuse. Amazon said, don't do it. Then my bank card and everything's in there. They said they can't see my credentials like that but then they can per Amazon. So the book finally got send to me on yhe email. I'm asking just for a paperback,which I won't get unless I hire a boomnorinting company. Never again. Oh and my
senior consultant is very domineering. I won't lie to tell the truth for any review. All this was, was about the money.

From the very beginning, it has truly been a pleasure communicating with you. You've been kind, thoughtful, and enthusiastic throughout the process. However, we’d like to share some important points for clarity regarding the recent challenges in finalizing your book.
When your illustrator was brought in to assist with the images, the dynamics of the publishing process began to shift. Unfortunately, despite having limited experience in publishing, he began to take control in ways that disrupted our workflow. This created avoidable delays and confusion for everyone involved.
One critical issue we faced was the refusal to provide source files for the illustrations. These files are essential for adjusting layout and dimensions, especially in children’s books, and not having access made it extremely difficult to proceed smoothly.
Your book has actually been complete for several weeks now. However, your request for us to publish the book under your personal KDP author account without granting us any access or providing the necessary credentials is simply not possible for any Publisher. Another standard route many authors choose is to upload the finalized files themselves, but that option was also declined.
Despite our continued efforts to offer support (even without additional charges), your illustrator continued to intervene, often misguiding you into believing that we could somehow publish the book on your KDP account without any direct access. This misunderstanding caused prolonged frustration, and eventually, you ceased communication though we’ve remained available and willing to help.
Regarding the copyright page, we asked for confirmation or documentation that your book is officially copyrighted, which is a standard industry practice to ensure legal protection and legitimacy.
As for physical copies, printing and shipping paperbacks always involve additional costs, depending on the quantity and delivery. These are either billed separately or included in specific publishing packages. Since you opted for our Basic Plan, which is designed to cover digital publishing only, no extra charges were applied beyond what you initially paid.
In all honesty, we believe this experience could have been much smoother and more enjoyable for both sides had there not been external interference. We still believe you're a wonderful individual with a lovely vision for your book, and it’s unfortunate that the process was impacted in this way by a third party.
We’ve successfully helped hundreds of authors publish their work, and we genuinely hoped this journey would be just as seamless and fulfilling for you.
