Their proxies didn't work, I initiated a refund via telegram and they agreed to make me wait for 14 days, but the bad thing is that 30 days have passed and I still haven't received a refund and no longer reply to my messages, is this a scammer?

The worst proxy provider I've ever used. Proxies are constantly disconnected, IP addresses often change on their own, sometimes even several times a minute. It often happens that several different proxies issue the same IP address! Technical support is simply terrible, they don’t respond for a long time, and when they finally deigned to answer me, the whole answer was that they were working on the server and it was better not to use a proxy for a while. But they didn’t warn about this anywhere. The proxies have not been working for a couple of days and technical support is still silent. I don't recommend it to anyone!

Oh, the proxies shine, and the app's kinda alright, but brace yourself: support's a joke, and paying them is a nightmare. Warning: Giving them your money might just bite you back. Tried paying with USDT via Binance, and bam, my account's on the naughty list because their wallet's sketchy. Binance had me jumping through hoops to not get booted. Gave it another go with a Russian bank of a friend (extra fees, because of course), and what do you know? Locked out and had him to talk with bank's security to get it back. Trying to sort it out with their support was like talking to a brick wall with attitude. Asked to switch wallets and got a flat "nah." They suggested a roundabout way that screams "please track all my financial moves, I love living on the edge." Guys have no idea what blockchain is. Thought about dodging their system with a new account—got slapped with the "no multiaccounting" rule. Seriously? After they just turned my finance into an action movie? They need a reality check.

Общался с поддержкой чтобы выдали на тест сервиса хотя бы 50-100 мб. На что сказали что прокси подходят для любых целей. И если хотите что то проверить пополняйте баланс. Если что можно сделать манибек. Пополнил баланс. Что могу отметить что прокси и правда рабочие. Но рабочие не значит качественные для каких то целей верно? Так вот для моих целей прокси не подошли. Нужны чтобы были статичные. А по факту даже при блокировке при смене. Все равно айпи менялся. И поддержка писала ахинею про чекеров. Когда сам сервис блочил меня за смену айпи. Пишу что прокси не подходят пожалуйста сделайте манибек. Сначала писали какой то бред про передачу через систему. Потом они уже сказали что использовал какую то часть трафика. Сервсис открытыми словами просто скамит и не предоставит норм прокси. Заметьте они идут все из общей базы. Где могут быть блокировки. Так они и деньги не при каких условиях никому не вернут.

This company is a scam, don't use it! I've been trying to get a refund with them for more than 40 days, the promised time was 14 days, that was on 01/24/2024, today is 03/10/2024 and I still haven't received the refund, they have the worst service, something It was supposed to take seconds, they are stalling to avoid paying! DO NOT USE THE SITE! The speed of the PROXY IS SHAMEFUL! The slowest of all I've used in several years, I would even say that it DOESN'T WORK!

Don't fall for them, they take your credit if you are not active for a long time and say that their systems have recognised criminal activities in your case, which is not true - this happened with my friend and me. Then they write that your account will be usable again when you top up money again, which makes no sense if your credit was previously taken away because of criminal activities. Then they write you an email like me that they will restore your credit if you delete your negative review here which I did and I just see that they have taken my credit away again they are all just liars guys and scammers
