Response from Aslan RealmMay 16, 2026

Hi Jason, We’re sorry to hear the item did not meet your expectations. Although the dimensions, capacity, and intended serving use were already included on the product page prior to purchase, we understand sizing can sometimes feel different in person. As noted in our correspondence, we approved the return and shared the return instructions. While we offer free shipping on qualifying orders, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer under our return policy. Once the return was received, the refund was processed accordingly. We appreciate the feedback and are actively working to further improve how sizing and product presentation are communicated throughout our store.
