Disappointed
Most of Valerie's actual job placement services are based on the client's individual network. In my experience, Valerie inflated her ability to assist with job placement. If you are a mid-career professional and do not have a robust and influential network, these services will not be beneficial. I would suggest going the route of participating in a mid-career fellowship if you are seeking to make a career pivot and need to expand your network. With this said, Valerie did offer a ton of support and accountability. Unfortunately for me, I was not lacking in these areas and ultimately disappointed in my ROI. I think her services would be better suited for Senior-level Executives seeking a career change.

Thanks for the feedback, we always do appreciate it. However, they are not "job placement services" as VMC is not a recruiting or headhunting service nor are they marketed or sold that way. A career coaching program is to help you enhance and work your own network to find a new role. With this said, we are sorry that you were disappointed and do offer our sincere apologies that you don't feel your experience was up to par.
