Cancel your card! I have been charged numerous times even though this was cancelled immediately. Tried calling and get busy signal right away…does not even ring. Tried to get refund online but they want me to enter my credit card number again for a “one time fee” of $70 before they will even talk to me. Are you kidding me??? Complete scam! They also go under the name of “JustAsk” so beware of sister company also.

Read Peggy Shonka's review, substitute "Microsoft" for "Venmo". My experience was the same as hers except for the companies we thought we were dealing with. It took me about 15 minutes to realize I had been scammed, and I phoned my CC company promptly.

I read we need a debit of NZ $2. Immediately after entering this amount -$70 showed on my banking app. I had no conversation with anyone. Refund via chat bot got me no where. New credit card requested. Will avoid all future contact

WOW!! SO HAPPY that I stopped immediately after I was prompted to pay $1 to join and asked for my c.c. info. FORTUNATELY, I am fairly saavy re: scams. Thank you so much, trustpilot. Stay away if you want to keep your $$$

Would like to give a zero - total scam - was having trouble with Venmo and googled this - thought I was talking to Venmo - filled out the CC info to spend $1.00 to get an answer - it said my CC was declined so I tried again thinking maybe I had filled out something wrong - declined again. Luckily my bank has fraud alert and sent me immediate text messages asking if these were legitimate charges ($56.00 twice!) so I don't have to pay anything but have to get a new credit card - such a pain and they are a total fraud - don't know why they are allowed to still be on the internet!

Fraud, fraud fraud. They ask for $1 to answer tech questions that they don’t answer and then they don’t disclose that the $1 is going to enroll you into “tech support” for $55 a month. Stay away from them. They should be shut down by state and federal entities. It shouldn’t be up to the consumer to find out that they are charged a membership fee for nothing. Now I have to get a new credit card.

My wife asks Siri how to do something with Texas DMV. Siri directs her (via Google search?) to this website. She (foolishly) gives her credit card info to pay the $1 and Chase VISA instantly rejects a $47 charge. VISA clearly has a track record on this company. This site is the second sponsored hit on Google, so this is also a general caution about Google. Wish we could give zero as a rating.
