I got a pop up while using HP SMART printing. I was having challenges and understood it was an HP entity. It asked for a $5 charge and immediately charged me $48. Same day I disputed and was credited. It cost me $25 to have a new debit card sent.

LESS THAN 0, TOTAL SCAM , CROOKS, SHOULD BE IN JAIL, JMO, I AUTHORIZED $1.00 TO ASK A QUESTION NEVER GOT AN ANSWER, KEPT GETTING BILLED 55$ A MONTH, BOOK KEEPER KEPT ON PAYING IT, FOUND IT ON MY SIX MONTH REVIEW, ADVISED DISCOVER TO SHUT THEM DOWN. THEY ARE CROOKS IMO DISCOVER WAS NOT MUCH HELP EITHER, BEWARE!!!

Good thing I checked Trustpilot before using them. If you notice, AskTech's address is listed as 2838 Jones St Dallas TX 75244. Well, I live in Dallas and there is no such address. Jones St starts at 4600 and ends at 4700 ... it is basically an ally in a rough part of town.

Ask tech support is a scam and criminal company do not use them they will take your money.

Never ever use this site! I was scammed for 100’’s of dollars! They take no responsibility for their actions. You have to accept their terms and then secretly charge your cc monthly. 66.00. Run!!

Advice was absolutely wrong, then repeatedly charged AUD66. Chatbot just repeats, well, you signed up for it. Absolutely not!

SCAM. Charged 8$, and unauthorized charge of 69$ immediately. No phone numbers work tho this SCAM site... took ALL DAY dealing with visa to get charges reversed and had to change visa card.... live and learn
