Same story here - $5 for the first question. $90 charge the next day. And the answer ... I waited over 3 hours for an expert - they answered at 3 am!!!! Next day they I provided a lt of information and pictures, and they gave me a really dumb answer that any Joe of the street could have pull out of his finger ... :-) When I called to cancel they tried to prove to me that over 2 year I will get .... then told me they will give a refund of $90 canadians, but they will charge me $99 USD for the cancellation ..... Horrible!!!!! How can I give them "-5" fortheir service ...

SCAM . . . . BEWARE They told me it would cost $5 to talk to an antique appraiser, and then they tried to ram $70 through my bank account, THREE TIMES.

Said they charged a $5 fee but when my card seemed to be declined, I left the site. Later I got an alert that they charged my card $65! Which my card declined.

I am having the same experience as all the others. One phone call that was supposed to be $5.00. Instead they charged $65.00. Fortunately, I use Capital One who has a service called ENO. ENO assigns a unique virtual card for each vendor I use. As such all I had to do was cancel the virtual card for this scam. I plan to also challenge the original $65.00 and Capital One is usually very good at cancelling bogus charges.

Crooked. They don't tell you the fees up front and then set it up as ongoing monthly payments! The information wasn't even that good.

They chat connected me with an expert who gave me good value for $5. BUT they also signed me up for a subscription for $90 a month .... and I have no idea how. When I chat connected with a customer service rep it was clear that this happens all the time. I had to be very direct and aggressive to get them to refund me. It's clear that their business model is to steal your money.

they want to charge 5 bucks for appraisal so I thought I would research company first - glad i did seems like everyone is getting scammed - happy I checked reviews first - why aren't they shut down for charging people excess amounts of money continuously ???

If I could give zero I would . Was supposed to charge 5.00 but now am being charged 55.00 monthly and cannot find a customer service number and site is asking for credit card again. Tried online chat but will not give a customer service contact. BtW didn’t even get a valid response to my initial question. Will report to better business bureau
