Paying twice is a rip off
Why on earth do we have to pay for the online chat website version and the app, and for them not to talk to each other? Conversations had on the website do not appear on my phone, and vice versa. They need to at least talk to each other when using the email and account.

Quite simple
Quite simple. I spent more time verifying the information that I was asking in the chat and finding out 97% of it was incorrect and a very excessive waste of time. Faster just implementing on my own
