Ordered an item from them over a month it has not shipped there is no update from them, and they have a no refund policy meaning even though they have failed to fulfill their end I have no recourse. Please do not transact with this company and their shady practices.

My order had a label created but was never picked up by UPS. I inquired repeatedly with support -at first they gave me unhelpful answers (eg giving me the tracking link again, which was not the issue), and then just stopped replying. I have submitted a claim with my credit card company. Do not do business with this company.

I’ve been using the Rosemary shampoo and I love it!!!! My husband also loves it. The smell is so fresh We’ve seen a difference in our hair. It’s softer,shinier and getting stronger and longer. Looks so healthy. And the scalp messaged is a plus! Thank you

Honestly, I’ll give these people zero stars. I ordered something June 12. They’re still beating around the bush telling me they can’t change the shipping address when they asked me for a new address. You don’t ask somebody for a new address and then tell them you can’t change it I feel like I got scammed. All I want to do is wash my hair. I could’ve went to my local Sally’s and got all my supplies, but I decided to use the website and got screwed so just remember to go to your local beauty supply store don’t mess around on this stupid website. It’s a waste of time and money. Oh, and they will not start a return for me!

So good made my hair so good I love there products. I try there dry and itchy shampoo and conditioner it removes my buildup and dandruff after 3 washes 10/10 good 😊
