She was personable, professional, knowledgeable and helpful. She singlehandedly made me feel like a valued customer and prompted me to rewrite my review. Thank you!

The product literally fell apart in my hands the 1st time I used it. I filed a inquiry on the website as instructed including photos and a description of the problem. That was 2 days ago and I have yet to hear back from anybody.

Disappointed - the customer service is really bad. I ordered so many products - got the small ones and lotions etc but the main ones that I wanted were not delivered. After so many attempts to reach them it was determined that they would resend them and I agreed to pay for new shipping charges. I would be invoiced - that was 2 weeks ago. I have been dealing with this for a month and a half - seriously. Each time I email them I get a "we will get back to you in 48 hours" - what the heck? Really want to like this and the company but so far.....

I literally cannot live without my fascia blaster. It's been amazing at helping my pain. I accidentally happened upon the site years ago and tried this.

I requested to return a product, sent it recorded delivery (it was delivered) but the company provided no refund and stopped responding to my emails. Eventually, PayPal issued a refund after a dispute. I also find it very concerning that their main Facebook page no longer allows public comments. There is no way to keep them accountable for misinformation and poor customer service. Also, there are several facebook groups with negative feedback on the company and the product.

Ashley Black Guru is awesome and helpful in so many ways. I’ve had issues with my knees for years and a few months with the fasciablaster and I felt good as new. Very cool product. I found Ashley through fasciablasterreviews dot net, a Fan page that gave me great initial insight and led me to ashleyblackguru.
