I would go into more detail but do not want to submit myself to that trauma again. Just don’t be fooled like me and look beyond the “expertise” that’s offered to you. The only good reviews you’ll find is on her website and those were probably paid for.

BioEmotional Healing is a miracle, completely and utterly life-changing, and the most “worth it” hard work I’ve ever done! I am SO incredibly grateful that I was led to Ashleigh and that I gave BioEmotional Healing a chance. It has been nothing short of an absolute miracle in my life. Having done years of emotional/mental work and training, I was admittedly a bit skeptical at the start as I wanted to ensure that it would actually help my body physically heal from what I was experiencing with chronic Lyme disease and chronic Epstein Barr Virus. I’ve started writing this several times trying to find the words that would adequately describe my experience and the value this program brings. My name is Natalie and I completed Ashleigh’s program after searching for years for something that would help with my anxiety and being trapped in the past. My son was diagnosed with cancer just after his 1st birthday. He went thru treatment and is now 5 years cancer free. I found myself feeling alone as it felt like my family had moved on with their lives and I was stuck living in the terror and worry of his past illness. I wanted so badly to live in the present and enjoy the gift that his life is as he is healthy and thriving. I tried multiple types of therapy, meditation,yoga, and medication. I talked to both my dr and his and the only response I got is that my feelings were completely valid and that I’d likely feel this way the rest of my life. I was initially hesitant because of the investment but looking back I saved myself so much time and money on my future self. To anyone considering the BioEmotional Healing Program, but skeptical about it: please read this review. Ashleigh is the real deal. She cares about her clients and has done the work herself. You will not feel like “just another number” being herded through a process- and best of all, the results you get are in your control. Being open to the process, and staying consistent, following the path your unique mind, experiences, and spirit will open up throughout the process, will lead you to far, FAR better outcomes than any counseling, medication, or self help books. I should mention that I believe in God, and the spiritual aspect of my being and my relationship with Yahweh was vital to going through this process with authenticity and openness. Through Bio Emotional Healing®, I was able to address the two biggest things bothering me: sexual abuse/trauma from childhood and complicated emotions around my abusive mother. These were massive, lifelong issues that have been present as long as I’ve been alive. I didn’t know what it was like to live without being in severe distress. For the first time in my life I’m starting to feel like I am “real” and that I matter. Before doing Bio Emotional Healing®, there was so much trauma and false beliefs from my abusers embedded in my body and mind that I always felt disassociated, numb, not quite “real”, and not quite sure if I mattered. I didn't trust anyone. I couldn't even believe my husband or kids when they said "I love you" to me. I have battled severe depression and suicidal ideation a since I was 7 (I learned in my 30’s that this is very common among children who have suffered sexual abuse. I no longer have flashbacks and panic attacks associated with sex, which is another miracle. Before doing BioEmotional Healing, I had completely stopped having sex because it got to the point where every single sexual interaction would bring me back to the physical and emotional state of being raped, and it was unbearable. My depression is gone. Suicidal ideations are gone. I can physically and emotionally feel that my brain has been rewired, and for the first time in 37 years, I am living in a mind and body that aren’t stuck in a trauma state. Bio Emotional Healing® has truly been life changing. I am so grateful that I took the leap of faith in trying it, because I know my life has been & will be so much better because of the things I have learned and am practicing. I have learned how to work on my emotional health and have seen amazing progress. I have also found my pain diminishing which I never thought would happen. I have more confidence & definitely love myself so much more than I did in the past. I'm not terrified of my challenges like I used to be. I am grateful for the skills I have learned to process my physical pain & trials. I am grateful for my life now & have hope and faith that my future will be amazing too!
