I requested a refund, didn’t mind the return shipping charge. Tracking shows product was received, but still no refund. I contacted support for an update, and crickets. Now I’m out of a dock and $200.00! I expected to receive a response within 24 hours …. 3 emails later and nothing!

I purchased a MacBook dock from this company along with an extended warranty, expecting peace of mind and reliable support. Unfortunately, the product stopped working while still within the warranty period. When I tried to claim under the warranty, the experience was extremely disappointing. The support team completely stopped responding to my emails, leaving me with no resolution or assistance. This feels very misleading, as the warranty appears to be meaningless if it’s not honoured when needed. I genuinely feel cheated and let down by the lack of customer service. I would strongly advise others to be cautious before purchasing from this company.
