The seller sent me an email with a fake tracking number. They claim that the parcel is moving, but when I put the tracking number in 17track or other reliable tracking sites the tracking number doesn’t exist. This seller has used the same practice of giving fake tracking information in the past. I found negative reviews in the trustpilot. Also, they charged me $6.38 dollars more than the initial price. The final price was $26.58 and I paid $32.96. Why is that? I have opened a dispute with PayPal, I will come back with updates on the issue. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM SCAM!

Why am I getting charged $34.53?

These people have false advertising as well as hidden fees and only robot response. They advertised that their watch measures glucose levels like the latest watches, but once purchased, they ship you a model that does not do that. They also advertised free return within 30 days, but they refuse to accept a return, instead offer $4.00 rebate on a $54.00 purchase. Also they advertised the watch at $39.00, but at checkout they added another $14.00 that shows up after checkout. Their "customer service" is a chatbot that repeats the same response over and over, and tell you to wait for a human, and cut you off after 2 hours, then 2 days later you need to start over.

I wish you could give this company less than one star. I ordered some bras which looked very pretty and comfortable. I ordered two and they sent me three (one free). Their sizing guide is really a joke. I wanted to send them back and I wasn’t sure if I would need a QR code or something so I emailed them. I got garbled replies from them. They told me that the return postage would be very expensive and they would like to offer me £5 compensation and I could keep the goods. Didn’t they understand I didn’t want their goods!!! I emailed them and said return postage shouldn’t be very expensive as the return address was clearly shown on the label on the packaging. It was in Southall and with a UK postcode. I’m now going to try and get help from Trading Standards as this feels like a scam.

Poor quality cross body bag. Zip already broken. Delivery time is weeks with no proper tracking information. Do not use this company.

I ordered in december of 2023 . Now its 2024 mid april. Stil havent got the item . Messages goes front but nothing meaningful. Its a scam . Dont buy anything from this page !!! I wanted a refund and they told me to be patient and wait.. it has been 5 MONTHS .. Dont buy from this page . Instead throw your money out the window. ridiculous..

It’s not even worthy of one star !! I ordered a travel bag on 29/1/24.. it never arrived , despite copious enquiries from me and frequent updates re transit from them .. they repeatedly responded with the same apologies for ‘the delay’ and requested me to continue to be patient 🙄… I now realise they took £5 more than the cost of the bag , so guess it could have been more .. but if only I’d read the reviews on Trust Pilot before I ordered !!
