received as promised, very good seller

They have hard to find computer parts, and very often, are the cheapest out there. There’s a trade off for it. I’ve ordered a handful of things from them over the past decade, and every time there’s something - sticker or glue residue that needs to be removed, something sticky under a “new” keyboard key. None of it has ever been a deal breaker, and you do get what you pay for.

Very responsive. I was impressed with their quality control before sending out the merchandise: the ipad I had ordered was damaged and seller offered a different one, albeit in a different color. I like that. Shipping was very fast. Packaging was very professional.

Item was shipped fast and was exactly as described. I will do business with them again in the future.

I have dealt with numerous companies and my experience ranges from great to nightmarish. Ascendtech not only sold me high quality merchandise at a reasonable price, but they also got it to me super fast. Great seller with excellent communication skills.

I am a repeat customer, fast shipping and products have always been as described, or exceeded expectations.

Hard to find products with excellent pricing.
