I needed a replacement motherboard for a nice, older-but-capable PC, and they had the perfect product! Priced right, delivered right.... great deal.

I was very impressed with this company. I purchased the wrong item, totally MY fault, and upon me letting them know, they let me return it. Very prompt communication, and no hassle on the return, even though it was my error & they specifically say to double check the part # , which I thought I did. I received my refund, exactly when they said I would & no problems at all. Now, about the product I mistakenly ordered. It was exactly as described, arrived safely, wrapped completely, packaged securely, and arrived quickly. I wish I could have used it but I could not. I am actually kind of glad this happened, as it showed me that I can completely buy from this company with confidence, and if there ever is a problem with my purchase, they are there to help. I highly recommend this companyI would not hesitate to purchase from them again.

I ordered a new replacement motherboard from Ascendtech. Their site made it easy to find and order the correct part. The board was shipped quickly, was extremely well packaged and was in perfect new condition, Installation was straightforward, and everything worked perfectly. The company was attentive and communicated very well. An all around great experience - and at a very good price.

Flawless and accurate product as described. MB replacement is as of good condition with no visual sign of abuse nor mishandle. Cooling fan appears to be just brand new. Very happy with the purchase result. Will buy from again if I need another MB replacement. Add Ascendtech to your favorite seller, it can't go wrong.

The communication before purchase to insure I had the correct part was crucial to a smooth transaction. Shiping was FAST and well packaged. After installation I had several clean-up issues to address and the email response from technical folks was very responsive, specific, accurate and useful. The most important thing is they avoided wasting my time! Very direct, clear transaction communication. I like these guys!

Delivery was as promised. Item was packed in a protective bag and was in good shape. Worked well when installed in computer, in use now!
