This place uses re-manufactured products and markets them as their own brand. We ordered a 500MB hard drive and we were given a MediaMax (Some unknown sketchy Chinese remanufacturer that doesn't even have a website) hard drive that failed in 8 months. When we called, they told us tough luck - they only have a 30 day return policy. So they don't stand behind their products, and have no interest in customer service.

I ordered a hp motherboard for my laptop and it worked for less than two weeks. i sent several emails to support requesting an RMA and they never replied. I had to open a paypal dispute in order to get a refund. Stay away from this company, they do not answer their emails for support, they try to wait the 45 days Paypal gives you to file a complaint so that your money is never returned.

bought a vid card through them and it was obviously used, dust in the heatsink and dirty fan, and the card never worked.

I ordered a desktop PC from Ascendtech. They shipped it 10 days later and the computer would not power on...Okay, no big deal, I'm sure they'll just send me one that actually turns on. They made ME pay to ship it back to them! What kind of company ships you a broken product and then makes the customer pay to return it?! Ascendtech, that's who. I will never do business with Ascendtech again...Buyer beware...

i purchased 16 full computers from them not 1 works properly and the customer service is horrible dealt with Val worst experience ever they are not worth your time or money i hope they go out of business

While there prices are in line with other on-line retailers, that 2-5 days only applies to RUSH orders. The rest of us had best not actually want our product before the next lunar event. I ordered on the 9th, today is the 17th and their Web site says my order STILL hasn't shipped. When I order from Tiger I get roughly the same prices and I get my order the next day.

AsendTech.us-THE worst company I have ever dealt with!!! EVER !! Faulty products, HORRIBLE customer service, rude, and abrasive. This company is clearly a SCAM run by idiots that have NO reguard for satisfaction or quality. TOTAL RIP OFF!

I bought two gaming computers from this company and have had nothing but problems ever since. When the first problem came about, tech support treated me like I was some kind of moron, then told me by purchasing, I implied knowledge that the parts were all refurbished. If I had known the components used to build these computers were refurbished, I would have never bought the computers in the first place. After going back and looking through all my electronic communications beyond the initial purchase (and they wouldn't deal with me electronically for customer service, so I couldn't have anything in writing to prove just how condescending and false their statements were), there was nothing stating the parts were refurbished. Now I have two computers that should be running well, but have been lemons since day one. Do NOT do business with this company. It's a small-time scam operation that takes so long to reply to customer issues, that their components are out of their 30-day warranty by the time you get a reply.
