Quick ship, great communication - a good company to do business with.

Purchased a used alienware m14x r2 laptop from these guys. Laptop was in perfect condition as described, and its specs were actually slightly better than advertised. Great customer service whe help was needed and quick email replies. I'd recommend buying from this company and I'd do it myself for sure.

Thank you for that my computer is online now...

My son was amazed as he checked out the laptop. There was much more included than what was listed. The package was well wrapped and was delivered rapidly upon completion of transaction. Very pleased with the little "extras" that was included with the outstanding customer service.

vary quick shipping and vary happy with the laptop so far. thank you

My dell was in virtually new condition. Great computer. Fast delivery! I expected it by the 18th but I got it in the 15th.

This is my first time to do business with Ascendtech, and it is the beginning. I recommend Ascendtech like your source for computer components they know to do business.

I ordered 9 parts for a file server and they got here quickly. The pricing was about 60% of what competitors are charging.
