I ordered a vest from them and it arrived in about 11 days. I'd say their customer service on IG is pretty decent. The quality of the product is superb, my only problem is that they somehow missed the proper length of the vest even though I gave them the measurement for my torso length. Instead of giving me some compensation, they simply said they'd increase the length next time I order which made me feel like they deliberately shortened it so I'd order the same vest again. Now I'm not saying that they intentionally messed it up, but it definitely felt like it. I would rate this 5 stars if not for that. Also the shipping, it's free. That's good and all. but the courier they has a non-existent customer service. My package was passed through 3 different couriers. Luckily, the product still arrived. Would I order from them again? Yeah sure. But I hope next time, they'd be more careful in the measurements and the courier they use. A good quality product is useless if the measurements are wrong.

Beautiful leather Klingon jacket. Asal was open to customisation requests, and measurements were simple and resulted in a perfect fit. Well worth the wait! I have already ordered their version of Kirk's casual suit from Star Trek IV.

An absolutely fantastic value. I have ordered 2 custom fit jackets already and I just ordered a third. The jacket quality is great especially at their price point. All the measurements were as I requested. The jackets are comfortable and look great.

I order 2 jackets that should be with leather shoulders made in USA, what I got was something made in Pakistan with no leather shoulders!

The jacket I ordered was too large and I requested to return it. I have not received permission to return or how to return.

This is a company that has merchandise on Amazon they give you a date you pay your money and you don’t receive it and then they extend the date out and yet there’s no way to contact them. This is a company that’s just full of fraud. There’s no other way to explain. I’m waiting for a response. It’s no way to call them. Amazon is no help and I need my money back. Bad service the worst.

Pretty sure this is a scam. Ordered 4 months ago and haven't seen any product. They don't respond to emails. Will likely never see that money again...
