Garbage company. Package was missing for a week without explanation or response from customer service team for days. They finally sent a replacement yay! But then the first package came in. They will not take the unopened box back. Takes days to respond. Owner, Lukas, is incredibly rude. Will never buy from this company again.

I’m so happy with my Artspark paintings and the customer service is the best I’ve ever experienced! I’m working on custom paintings of cherished photos for family Christmas gifts and so far they’re turning out to be possibly my favorite items ever gifted 😍 One of the two first paintings I ordered was damaged during shipping and they quickly resolved the issue by sending me a new one with zero hassles, Kurdian was so kind and helpful throughout the process. I will definitely continue buying from this company (:

The paintings are amazing quality and customer service is outstanding.

Really impressed with customer service! My wife was about two weeks into a painting and lost one of the paint pots. 100% certain our cat stole it (not his first offense). After checking all his normal treasure hides, it didn’t turn up, though we did learn that his thievery goes much father than we were previously aware. Reached out to customer service and explained the situation, not only was a replacement paint pot sent out for free, but the customer service rep responded with humor and wit - a real person, not an automated AI bot response!
