Lack of a return policy
The shirts print was nice but the material just felt off. Honestly I like the designs more than anything. What I didn’t like and will have me never by from them again respectfully is the return policy. Turns out if you get the wrong size they will not accept a return and you’re stuck with what you get. I read the reviews online and everyone said “ they are true to size”. That is definitely not the case. I recommend going up one size. To be stuck with shirts I can’t wear is rough especially for what they are charging for them. Also they do ship from the US and they come overseas which makes delivery quite long. If they were to ever switch there policy on returns I’d be okay with them but at this moment it doesn’t make sense to throw away money especially when every shirt you get is different and every shirt they give you fit differently.
