This place is top tier. Dr. Pham is awesome. It feels more like visiting an old friend than a medical appointment. He’s very passionate about what he does and it shows. Great selection of frames, and a very nice shop. Small businesses like AoS are why Broadway is one of the best streets in Chicago.

I don’t mind waiting if the service is worth it, but in this case, it definitely wasn’t. I waited for a long time, and the actual consultation lasted only a few minutes. The doctor didn’t go into much detail about my condition, and I didn’t feel confident about the diagnosis. Overall, it felt like a waste of time.

One of the biggest issues I faced here was with the front desk staff. They were not welcoming and seemed annoyed when asked basic questions. There was a lack of clear guidance about the process, and I had to figure things out on my own. For a healthcare service, this kind of attitude is very disappointing and should be addressed immediately.

I had high hopes for Art of Sight Eyecare given the boutique look of the office, but the experience was incredibly disappointing. I waited nearly 45 minutes past my scheduled appointment time just to be seen. Once the exam started, it felt rushed, and the optometrist seemed dismissive when I mentioned my recurring eye strain.
