The hand sanitizer I purchased arrived months late, after it was no longer needed, and it smelled horrible. It took almost a year to get a response from customer service. After a lot of time and effort on my part, I finally got a refund.

Paid for a gallon of hand sanitizer gel, scentless. Never got it. Customer service never contacted me back. Never got a refund. Only reason this company it's in business is because major chains bought up all the sanitizer in bulk to mark up and resell.
