I ordered a pack of sanitizers when covid first happened. I got my order current and it was as stated on their website “ Cruelty Free and made in USA”. But a few months back, I reordered again the same sanitizers pack and what I received was not the same bottles. “Made in China” obviously not cruelty free as stated (still) on their website. I contacted them and got my money back. Also every bottle was different, if I mixed the bottles in one another, they go bad and can’t be used. I’ll never order again from this so called Cruelty Free company. They are liars/Fraud.

Terrible. Made an order Nov. 2020 still hadn’t received it. But the worst part is that I was not contacted regarding order status. Worst. Will never deal with this company again.

I originally submitted an order with a promo which upon confirmation was not honored and attempts to get customer service to do it were futile. Then the product I purchased was actually on a DO NOT USE list and my attempts to reach customer service regarding this went unanswered. Terrible product terrible service - buyer BEWARE

On my first order everything was ok, by my second order everything went bad,,,,very bad customer service on October I ordered 2 boxes of masks by December members of my Family got Covid-19 and no masks I contacted 2 times and told me they going to reorder my boxes nothing by the third time I contacted I just ask for my money back. They said after 90 days is nothing they can do,,,so nothing until this may I got a package my masks. 7 months later horrible. I don't want nothing from this company.

Love the sanitizer it's not sticky, has a pleasant smell. Soap is excellent skin doesn't feel dry and fragrance is wonderful. I have given them to friends and family and they love it also.

This company should be shut down. Unethical and the worst customer service.

I gave you that score because when I was searching for a specific item your site showed up first and I got confused and ordered your item by error ( which i found didn't work like what I wanted).
