They over charged during a crisis on sanitizers.

Worst customer service I ever experienced. Items took forever to arrive. Once they did, I saw ingredients listed on the bottle that were not listed on their website. Some of these ingredients were toxic chemicals and are not safe to use. I requested a refund. They have repeatedly ignored my emails. They are running misleading ads and do not respond to customers. Stay away.

I had the absolute worst experience with this company I could have imagined. They took my order and upon check out said it would ship in under a week, they then printed a shipping label and held it for over 2 months before finally shipping what was ordered. The product I received was a nasty smelly brown liquid that was not actually hand sanitizer but just garbage water. I couldn't use any of it, couldn't donate any it was extremely shameful. This would be one thing if this was the end of the experience but weeks before receiving the product I was expecting stores stocked full of this same product (Art naturals Hand Sanitizer) and the stores told me that they had just ordered it from their website a few days prior. So besides getting terrible product that was destined for a doctor's office, I also got to look at actual product at literally every store I visited. And they constantly reach out asking me to review my experience, this is an extremely fair and honest representation. They knowingly sent me the trash from their tanks after sending the stores what I had ordered. Full disclosure they did refund me 10% of my purchase which is a slap in the face id rather them not have reached out than offer such a mediocre refund just to be hounded to give 5 stars afterwards.

The sanitizer I ordered last year during the pandemic smelled terrible for costing $65. Never again would I buy from this company.

Great product and delivery time despite Covid onset.

I ordered a gallon of hand sanitizer at the height of COVID, and while the sanitizer arrived on time, the formulation had changed. The sanitizer that we received smelled like tequila and was basically unusable. We tried to add lavender essential oil to it hoping it would eliminate the smell, but it didn’t help. We are now stuck with a gallon of hand sanitizer that we cannot use. I hope that ArtNaturals has returned to their original neutral (and more pleasant) scented formulation that smelled like rubbing alcohol.

You gouged on prices when you had the opportunity and that’s annoying
