Is Jaroid Henry a scam? 100%, absolutely, yes, sir.
Jarroid Henry, also known as Human Red Flag, is an artist. A scam artist.
If you want to hear about his whole fictitious origin story/narrative, help yourself to the Yahoo Finance article he wrote himself and paid to be published.
It's a fun read, he basically says that he was an artist himself but stopped making art when he cracked the code to selling art. Like what dawg? Like huh?
He also compares himself to Bill Gates too.
Beyond that self paid puff piece there is literally nothing (beyond his word) that will prove his background, education, knowledge or anything even remotely close to justify why anyone should spend 4 figures for what is literally generic advice coming from someone with no experience in the art industry.
All you need to know is Jarroid presents himself as the "I have found the secret to make money fast" guy and his target happen to be gullible amateur artists looking for a saviour.
The positive reviews on here are clearly fake, as they are all almost identical and published at the same time unprompted.

Scam Level: Midnight
If you're going to post fake reviews, maybe make them sound a little more natural there chief? Here's how every review sounds:
"Waouh! I had many doubts prior to joining this incredibly rewarding adventure, but Jarroid has proven to be a smart man that is able to provide intelligent responses to my many questions regarding navigating the current art market. Joining this amazing community is the best decision I have ever taken, I have never been happier and just yesterday I sold 7 Million Dollars worth of art thanks to Jarroid's intensive-entrepreneurial-success-mindset programme and as I am writing this I have just made another bunch of money. Oh, I just wish I could listen to his words more often, but if I listen to his advice too much, I'll just become too rich and will have to spend too much time shipping art!"
How does anyone fall for this Monorail level scammer? The way he decided to prove he attended Kansas City Art Institute is by posting a picture of him standing in handicap parking "on his way" to class. Forget about the wild generic claims of lots of money made fast, or the current lawsuits he's facing, the overall cheesy aesthetic, the run of the mill inspirational quotes passed on as "valuable" advice, forget about the overall unbelievable, unconvincing and terrible nature of everything he shares; that guy asked someone to take a picture of him standing in a handicap parking space from the back, and figured this would legitimately prove his education and knowledge of art.
His clientele of dimwits have no self-preservation instinct and absolutely no common sense. They're the same people that get into cults, really.
And let's not forget that beyond this being the most obvious scam, this is a multi-level marketing type of scam, which means any artist that publicly claims success thanks to old Jarroid here, are now selling the "product" they bought from dear Jarroid in the first place.
Isn't multi-level marketing amazing? you buy "the trick of how to make money fast" but somehow you don't use "the trick" and make money, you end up as a salesman for "the trick of how to make money fast".
Take it away, buddy with the most unnatural, chatgpt reply.

I completely understand how difficult it can be to know what’s accurate online and what isn’t. That’s why I encourage every artist to do their own research and never make a decision based on one positive or negative review.
Fortunately, I’ve documented my journey publicly on YouTube since 2019, from the artists I’ve worked with and their results to the education I’ve invested in, lessons I’ve learned, and even the ups and downs of building ArtistRise while helping thousands of artists along the way.
I’m unsure of the motive behind this reviewer, as this person has never worked with me or participated in ArtistRise. If you’re considering joining, I encourage you to watch interviews with credible artists who actually joined my program and ultimately speak with my team to ensure what we offer aligns with you.
My goal here at ArtistRise has always been simple: help empower visual artists who want help. I’m incredibly grateful for every artist who has trusted us over the years and for those considering doing so in the future.

Do t fall for it
Do t fall for it. I joined the Artist rise lifetime membership almost 6 years ago when Jerrod Henry first started the program promising us sales within the first 90 days or we would get a refund of course none of that ever happened. Most of the folks in the group were struggling and we were told that you can’t complain about the fact that the program is not working. And we were supposed to discuss inside the community to get help from his associates whose tips and tricks seem to work for them, but no one else most of the time.. due to the fact that it wasn’t working, I stepped away from it. I then heard from a fellow artist that the program had been revamped they were looking at trying againso I was willing to give it another shot, but upon contacting Jaroid he asked me to sign a new agreement to access the community which has been moved off of Facebook and onto a platform called SKOOL. After signing the agreement, he then told me that I will no longer be able to access the community online. He said only his students who sign up this year. Will have access to the community now because he’s clearly trying to hide something and he already screwed enough of us. So I asked him what is the purpose of cutting out the people who have been working at this the longest how does that serve them or you or the community? Of course I got no reply.. beware of these slick talking folks promising to help you. It’s a shame people taking advantage of Artist with these false claims and even when we haven’t given up, they cut you out of the program that you already paid for.

Hi Chris, I hear you, and I understand how this could feel frustrating.
For clarity to anyone reading this, this involves a student who joined back in 2020, stepped away for several years, and recently returned in 2026, asking for access to the current community.
I honored lifetime access by providing full access to the updated training at no cost. The community today, however, is a more hands-on coaching environment reserved for artists who are actively going through the program, so we can give them the highest level of support they need.
This isn’t about excluding anyone or hiding anything. It’s about maintaining the quality of support for those currently involved.
What I value most is giving artists fast, high-quality feedback, real accountability, and consistent support. That level of attention is what allows artists to achieve the results we display, and it’s something we work hard to protect for our current members.
I genuinely wish you the best moving forward.

Fake/solicited reviews?
So firstly, and to be transparent, I have not signed up for artist rise… I was stopped in my Instagram scrolling by a compelling ad and subsequently watched the brilliant intro video by artist Kirsten Mirrey. Kirsten, who has reviewed below, has seemingly had an amazing and hugely successful result from paying for the programme, which looks to be entirely corroborated by her figures and her Instagram account. So, I was impressed enough to be seriously considering signing up. But I thought I would check out reviews here first - and having read them, I find myself highly suspicious of this company… firstly, other than Kirsten and Jonah Allen (who is part of the company) all the reviews I was able to check out simply don’t stack up. They don’t have many followers at all. Jadine Buddingh says in her review below that her 50 followers turned into 1000 in two weeks. Strange that she now has only 122 followers. There seems to be a strange propensity for artists following this method to post a reel of themselves, back view and holding a large piece of artwork before turning to face the camera with it. Weird. And reviews have all come in a very short space of time - even Trustpilot is flagging up the method of review procurement. So, I thought I’d leave this here for balance and to see what the response might be. If the method is as good as I was at first led to believe, why the fake reviews? Good luck to anyone willing to part with somewhere between 3 & 5 thousand dollars (I believe that’s the price range) and I look forward to seeing some real honest reviews here before too long.

Hey Kate,
I completely understand your skepticism and truly appreciate that you took the time to look deeper. That kind of thoughtfulness says a lot.
To clarify, both Jonah and Kirsten started as students in the ArtistRise training. They paid for the program, trusted the process, and created amazing results through their own effort. Because they lived the journey, they now mentor inside. I’ve always believed the best mentors are those who’ve walked the walk first. Every mentor here is a graduate of the program.
The reason reviews came in close together is simple. We had just launched our Trustpilot page and invited our students to share their experiences. Every review you see is from a real ArtistRise student who found us the same way you did.
I’ve documented our entire journey publicly since day one (2019). The wins, the struggles, and the lessons learned. I’m an open book and have a public track record that proves it. Nearly every negative review we’ve received has come from people making assumptions because they’ve never joined.
I understand the “online coaching” space has a negative ring to it, which is why I’ll continue to show up transparently as I’ve done for the last 5 years.

P.S. I genuinely wish you the best on your art journey, and if you ever decide to schedule a call with my team, the door will always be open, Kate.
