Hi Calle, We will make sure this is fixed asap, our customer service team and entire staff is focusing on getting a major bug fixed with spotify for the next day and then we will be 150% here to help you. We will also process/refund you for both transactions and provide you with a free campaign. At no point in time does our system on purpose double withdraw funds from our users, especially since our transactions are handled safely and securely by stripe and paypal. With that being said, just like any other website, if there is a problem with internet connection during the transaction and the system lags, users can easily double click and cause it to bill twice. This is an easy fix on our end to refund the money and we will make sure that all is fixed as soon as possible.
