Fixed with gaffa tape
I purhased a youtube promotion and I did not receive a propper login. I could not access. Two emails to the support where coming back as 'undeliverable'. Only when I made a negative Trustpilot review, they contacted me and solved the problem and did the promotion. Therefore, I have now increased from 1 star to 3, because I do not know if they now communicate better with their customers, or if one still have to write to the customer service via Trustpilot... ;)
