Still waiting for my product. I've had a number of excuses so far for the poor service. I may have to direct that I get my money back. I have received orders from China faster.

Sorry for the delay in shipping - there were operational issues that needed to be fixed as we open up to a new market (Canada). We sent a shipping number via email which will help you know the status of your order. Thank you

I placed my order on September 8th, after a couple weeks with no updates I received an email saying a couple shipments were delayed. It's now been a month and my order has not shipped, nor have I received any emails about when/if its going to ship. Can't speak on the quality of the brushes I ordered. But so far I'm very disappointed

Just to let you know, we will be sending out an email blast to explain what happened to our shipments for Canada and we will also send individual emails on when they can expect their orders to arrive. As of this writing, our customs issue has been cleared and all orders are on the way to customers.

I paid for the item on the 3rd of September and the order was never filled. I don't have the product that I ordered and I've tried a number of times to contact someone to ask that the order be canceled and that my money be refunded and no one answers my emails. I even called the phone number available to try to contact a human being and no one answers the phone. I would not suggest that anyone have anything to do with this company under any circumstances. I got the reply from Trustpilot but there's a couple of concerns that you should know about. 1. I don't live in Canada I live in the US. 2. I already contacted PayPal for a refund because no one there had responded to emails or phone.
