We recently used Art in Voyage for a trip to London and Paris. The trip was wonderful and Art in Voyage could not have been better. The hotels were first rate and the day excursions were wonderful. Mikael, Karen and Frank were wonderful guides and the trip included lots of extras including a wonderful Vegas type show in London, a boat trip down the Sine River while sipping champaign and a authentic Persian dinner at a local residents home. We have traveled a good deal and highly recommend Art in Voyage.

The accommodations were spacious and comfortable in the villa, and Mikael and the staff were very quick in responding to any requests. The day tours were well planned, though we do think the first day visiting two hill towns (especially in the excessive heat), was too much. Perhaps make the first day a "one town day", instead? Also, the hayride up into the vineyard to the cookout dinner was apparent fun for the younger members of our group, but not so much for my husband and me. Alternate transport via car should be offered to start with for the "older folks" who don't enjoy trying to climb into a hay wagon to be bounced around on unpaved trails. Those criticisms aside, the rest of the week was very enjoyable. The meals prepared by Kevin Fonzo were all delicious, and we enjoyed participating a couple of times in meal prep. Mikael was a very considerate host and we appreciated his transport to Florence and helping us get registered into our hotel there. His procurement of the guide, Paolo, was also much appreciated, as Paolo took us to several wonderful artistic specialists' shops off the "beaten path". All in all, the trip was a lot of fun, very educational, and one we will always remember.

This was our first trip to France and our first with Art-In-Voyage and we were not disappointed. The correspondence with Mikael prior to the trip was abundant and pertinent to any questions we had, which were many. We were very excited but did not have the nervousness that can often accompany this type of vacation. A recommendation or three for future clients: 1. Depending on the location, be prepared to walk. Invest in some good shoes. You may drive from town to town but in order to see what there is to see, walking is the only way. 2. Something we normally do but didn't this time: study up on the places you'll be visiting (i.e. Restaurants, cafés, notable sites). This is mainly important during the times when you are on your own. Mikael was great with recommendations for our free time, but a little extra knowledge never hurts. 3. Be flexible. Weather can and will impact the itenerary so be aware that things will change when necessary. I can't really say enough good things about our trip. Mikael and Franck were amazing hosts and were always concerned that everyone was enjoying themselves and were very knowledgeable about our surroundings. Chef Kevin Fonzo was so much fun to be around and the cooking class he led was one of the highlights of the week. And I can't emphasize enough how helpful Mikael was in the planning stages of our adventure in France. If you love food, wine and culture, you've found the right travel company. And to top it all off, we made friends on this trip who will be friends for a long time (we've already had a reunion dinner!). We will be traveling with Art-In-Voyage again! Cheers!!

Dear Shawn & Heather, The treat was having you on this memorable journey to Alsace (and subsequently to Burgundy & Champagne). It was our pleasure to assist before and during, and provide you with as much information as possible to make your journey as smooth and as hassle-free as possible. Your recommendations to future travelers are excellent! Sorry to have missed the reunion, but it looked like fun! Looking forward to having you on board future journeys...with new friends or on your own assisted by Art In Voyage! Mikael F. Audebert Founder & CEO

Professional, fun, attention to detail and an awesome, relaxing way to travel! The balance of planned and free time was good. I loved not having to think about what I was going to do the next day. I have to think too much at work; I do not want to do that on vacation. I have recommended Art In Voyage time and again and will continue to do so. I cannot wait for my next trip!

We highly recommend Art in Voyage. Mikael planned a great first experience of Italy. He was gracious enough to drive for us throughout the trip, and provide guidance without being overbearing. We would definitely call Mikael again to plan another major trip.
