There are 2 really great things about Articulate, and it's tough for companies to nail both of these. They have both great products and great customer service/support. I am an instructional designer/eLearning developer and Storyline2 is my tool of choice. It's super easy to use and super easy for folks new to eLearning to quickly pick it up and make great products. In addition, the Articulate staff and user community are amazing. They have helped me quickly troubleshoot problems on those rare occasions I have them. The community and staff have also really helped me to develop professionally. Some of the material I created for their "Weekly challenges" helped me build a great portfolio and land an amazing job. I love Articulate!

I have, in the last month, abandoned all future use of Adobe Captivate 9. The software is just too clunky and the interface too labor intensive - when compared to Storyline 2. I can get my courses completed in a faster, more efficient manner and I believe my work seems more organic than it did with Captivate. I enjoy using the built-in photographic characters (it's a shame that there are not more free options, given the price tag) - they work really well with all sorts of background file types. These are much better than the new add-ons from eLearning Brothers that come with Captivate 9 - they just "feel" cleaner and more professional. The layering and trigger functions make setting up interactive slides a breeze and the simple, PowerPoint-like ribbons don't get lost while you're working (take a hint, Adobe) and the interface didn't change too much between the versions - that's a huge plus for users like me who are in Storyline constantly - I didn't have to relearn the layout and menu functions. The support from the Articulate Staff, and the user community, is fantastic - this, in my opinion, is the true strength of this application. You won't find anything like it elsewhere.

I've used Storyline 2 from Articulate for several years now and can say it is one of the best products on the market for creating e-Learning. Articulate's community of e-Learning Heroes, along with the support and resources they provide, are amazing. They make learning their products a breeze!

I've used Storyline 1 and now 2 for over three years. When I started started using Storyline, it was very easy to understand. Even more priceless to me is the community. Everyone is helpful and willing to share their work or assets they've created.

I've used quite a few authoring tools over my career...starting back in RoboHelp and Toolbook, to Captivate and Lectora. Then, Articulate Storyline hit the market and now it's migrated to Articulate 360...and I've never looked back. Articulate 360 is the perfect suite of tools for any type of e-learning. If you design and develop e-learning, you need to have the Articulate 360 tools in your arsenal. They provide a one-stop shop for all things e-Learning, including but certainly not limited to: interactive branching with scenario-based learning, iPad development, responsive design, upgraded HTML5 compliance, system simulations with the built-in screen recording tool, sliders, motion pathing for animation purposes, and so much more. Collaboration amongst our reviewers is a snap with Articulate Review. Goodbye Excel spreadsheets and shared Google Drive documents...Articulate Review provides our SMEs and stakeholders one, easy to use tool for capturing all their feedback. And allows us to make comments back to comments. Lifesaver! Articulate 360 is head and shoulders above the other tools and suite of tools on the market. It truly combines the features of most rapid e-Learning tools on the market in one easy-to-use tool. Using Articulate 360, we have decreased our development timeline significantly across the board. Our customers love the speed with which we can create interactive and engaging courses. The added bonus, which is worth more than its free price tag, is the Articulate community. No other community can compete with access to thousands of templates, freebies, and advice.

Taking a break from a consuming project to say how easy and intuitive Articulate Storyline is. Video and audio editing are easily incorporated into screen design, and help is always available, both from tutorials and the worldwide community of expert users. It's the only instructional design tool I need.

Articulate Storyline (and all of the Articulate products) are fantastic. They are a great way to create interactive and engaging eLearning quickly and easily, but without losing quality. I can create eLearning with Storyline much faster than other similar products on the market. It's also super easy to ramp up interns or new employees to use the program because it feels so similar to PowerPoint (so they are not intimidated and feel confident). It's like PowerPoint, but so much more powerful and beautiful. Love Articulate, however their biggest asset is their community and support team. There is so much support for anything from technical issues to idea generation to continuing education. Great stuff.

It is one of the best. Ease of use, and support network is most valuable.
