I'm sorry, but I think you've looked in the wrong place. We haven't received your order. #1543 on April 21st is not included in our order.

Ordered two pieces of art on 6/15. Stated shipping in 2-3 weeks and have yet to receive the product. A man named “Mark” has texted etc and created a FedEx label which has yet to been picked up by FedEx. It’s been close to 7 days! Now no response to any email. This is not how one should conduct business..

I placed an order in March for a 48”x48” stretched canvas with a frame. I’ve yet to receive my order. The company took my money and has yet to respond with any updates since April and it’s now May. The tracking information is showing they’ve never received the product from the shipper, Art Explore. I feel duped and questioning the legitimacy of the company.

I'm very sorry for causing you any inconvenience! The reason for the delay in the delivery is that the tariff policy has led to extremely low efficiency in customs clearance. The delivery of this order is currently underway. We have already applied for compensation from the courier company due to the inconvenience caused to you. Please contact us for a refund regarding the after-sales service.

They promote an incredible number of discounts that arouse suspicion. If you indicate an interest in a painting, you are deluged with a litany of discounts, followed by "additional" and "extra" offers of even more discounts -- none of which are available when you inquire. There are no disclaimers nor qualifications nor explanations published on the website. I have received more than three dozen offers of double-digit discounts, providing that I act now. It's an expert presentation with impressive visuals and almost convincing copy. But upon careful inspection, I believe there are clues to its fraud. Most of these same paintings are available through multiple websites, which seem to be related. The prices and discounts are essentially similar. Even though artexplore.net is aware of the selection I've been considering for purchase (because they're in my website shopping bag), they continue to send me daily multiple offers of "additional" and "extra" discounts. But when I inquire about these daily solicitations, they say that I'm not eligible. So why continue to make these incessant offers with headlines that urge me to buy right now, today, "you can do it"? That's misleading and certainly doesn't instil my trust in whatever they say. It's demeaning to the customer, and plainly no way to do business. End of story.

First of all, the discounts we offer are valid, which is not fraud, and the additional discounts received for different customers are different. If the buyer thinks that the 20% discount needs to be stacked with an additional 10% discount, and then uses the additional 15% discount received, then an order is a total discount of 45%? We do not think that any seller will sell their products at such a low price, so that the products received are also inferior products, because the value of the product is definitely proportional to the quality. Secondly, the seller has replied to the buyer how the discount of the product is used, and we believe that there is no fraud. Third, if buyers want to get a lower discount, they can communicate with the seller to get the most appropriate price, instead of making people feel that the evaluation is unrealistic and unreasonable through defamatory evaluation. We will file a complaint with the evaluation platform. Thank you for your feedback and have a great day.

I ordered a painting in December 2023 and was sent a photo of poor workmanship. My order was canceled and ArtExplore has refused to refund me of more than $1,400 This website is a scam

The item arrived different to what was advertised- colour scheme not matching. Advertising as shipping from the US with free returns. Now they’re expecting to cover return and customs fees for a shipment to China. Lack of support and bad communication- avoid at all cost!
