Slow customer service and issue with print quality
We placed a print order and the photographs came out pixellated and grainy - as though you had sent the images through an 80s polaroid and then added white grain throughout - it was very strange. They took two weeks to send the items as well, and customer support would take up to a week or longer to even reply to my emails. I ended up having to go through another company, and paid quite a bit more for a rush order for a client, but the print quality from the other guys ( atom prints ) was outstanding and they shipped fast. Artelo stated that they would refund my order but I had to follow up twice - I eventually received a refund on the card after stating I would need to go through my credit card company. I would be very careful ordering from them in the future - the small prints had the weird print issue, but the larger prints did not - files were prepared in the same way. Modified to three stars as they did eventually refund the order. It's possible they would be fine for prints ordered in bulk that you keep on-site, but I'm not sure they would be fast enough for a print on demand model.
