I really really happy with walls panels really good quality but delivery time not good it's took about 15 days

When last package received, the box had split open on the side and was empty. I reordered but had to pay again. Have not received reorder. Its been 5 business days.

I ordered twice through Art3D and was very happy the first time we ordered. The product arrived quickly and accurately. The second time I placed an order, one week later, the product was not showing up as having been picked up for delivery. I called a few times with no success getting through as did my husband. Now, I will say that my husband did receive a text asking if he needed assistance and I did get a response to my online contact within 1 business day with follow up to when the product would be delivered.

I ordered a panel based on what I seen in your pictures, what I got was similar but not the same as displayed on your site, I’m a little disappointed because it’s not laying the way I would like it to 🤦🏾‍♂️

its okay product for the price and cust service deserves no star.Customer Rep can not offer free replacement or discount the Re-order.

Originally ordered product from distributor on ebay and tiles had peel and stick back. Ordered same product directly from art3d and product did not have peel and stick back. Unfortunate.

The product description was misleading. It stated 48” x 96” panels and I received 4 - 24” x 24” panels in each box. Disappointed

I found the tiles very hard to work with. I had trouble placing and matching them up due to their flexibility. Once up, they are providing an excellent barrier from the sun. Also, I bought these to use in a shower. Directions say not to use in a shower. Not what the description said when I ordered.
