We did not get the correct product

The USPS hasn't delivered the package yet -- it was supposed to be here by last night. I have ordered the tiles through Home Depot and love them and needed more. This time I thought I'd order directly through the company (12/15/23), but maybe I was wrong. You should look into UPS or some other carrier because the USPS also delayed delivery to Home Depot, and that was in the beginning of December. I think your customers would pay for prompt delivery.

It’s so frustrating ordering directly from the company. I tried 3 times but it was always canceled due to one excuse or the other. It’s better just to get it from Amazon.

Wrong item sent and can’t return

This is a scam company. I made the mistake of buying from them and regret it. They sell through Amazon but it's still their responsibility and fault when a customer doesn't get what they actually paid for. I bought some backsplash that it was supposed to be the "3D" which is not only their selling point but it's their company's name. What I received was nothing more than a couple of boxes full of really bad paper copies of the item that I paid for. It actually looks like some one just scanned the product that they're selling and sent boxes full of copies. Am highly disappointed and I would never buy or recommend this company to anyone. I will actually show what I got to everyone I come across just so they stay away from them.

Always check the amount! Clearly says ‘10 Sheets’ (of stick on tiles) per pack. Thought I’d just check. To my dismay only 8 sheets were there. At £26.79 per pack, I’ve been conned! Be wary of Art3d - deceitful practices!

Shipped in cold weather no protection in packaging. Received all broken and ripped. Customer service hard to work with.

I still don’t have my product ordered. Second I paid more money to go direct and get it faster then at Home Depot and it ends up way late.
